This Privacy Policy explains how Cinch Express ("Cinch," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our marketing website (the "Site") or submit a driver or business interest form.

The Site currently focuses on recruiting drivers and local businesses in Dallas, Houston, and Austin. It is not yet a full delivery marketplace account portal.

When you submit forms on the Site, we may collect:

• Driver interest: name, email, phone, city, ZIP code, vehicle type, vehicle make/model, and optional notes
• Business interest: business name, contact name, email, phone, city, business type, website (optional), and optional notes

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we may automatically receive technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring URL, and approximate location derived from IP. If we add analytics or similar tools later, this Policy will be updated to describe them.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to interest submissions and follow up about driving or business partnership opportunities
• Evaluate fit for our platform (for example, vehicle capacity and launch-market location)
